Poor guy didn't find any place else to sleep so he just dozed off on his cart....who knows if the cart was even his or someone else's ?... poor guy !

I like your idea and fact that you made it B@W. Surrounding objects are giving the context of the scene. I would suggest comming bit closer because the wall on the left blocks the view..
